Maximum of two animals per home. One-time $500 additional deposit refundable at move-out, and $50 Pet Rent per animal per month. One-time $50 DNA Fee for each dog at the time of move-in.

Animals must be registered with the office, approved and added to the lease before they are allowed on the property.
